Bishop Robert Barron is probably the best known Catholic bishop on the media today. His epic TV series Catholicism has aired around the world - and many parishes have used the series as a catechetical tool. As a keynote speaker at the World Meeting of Family’s, Bishop Barron visited Ireland this year. His message in this weeks show is entitled, The Spirituality of the Family.

As Ireland braces itself for the governments enactment of its liberalised abortion regime on January 1st, the Irish Bishops released their Winter Statement which led on the crisis. Unfortunately the statement came just after the government had already passed the Abortion Bill by a huge majority. Kathy has a full report.
EWTN’s Doug Barry visits Ireland and has a strong and prophetic message for the Irish and for the world at a time of crisis. Doug’s message is based on the writings of Sister Lúcia, one of the Fatima visionaries who said, “The final battle between Christ and Satan would be over marriage and the family".
