...
This is Emmanuel’s last peaceful – albeit surreal – journey with Gianni. The photographer is showing increasingly obvious (albeit rather comical) signs of mental instability, and it is clear that the situation cannot last much longer.
Emmanuel is aware of this and finds the situation deeply distressing, but, as is typical of his character, he clings tightly to the little things and to the greatest thing of all, which, despite everything, remains: Gianni’s love.
The young man, under the illusion that he might experience a sort of re-enactment of the magical moments at ‘Chalet La Marmotte’, finds himself involved in a high-altitude photo shoot; this time, however, he is not the model: he is merely accompanying Gianni as his driver and assistant.
The photo shoot, however, turns out to be rather surreal...
The performers are Emmanuel The First and Gianni themselves, Lambert and Christophe.
The soundtrack includes "Fortress" by Pinback.

...
You won’t believe it, but AI agents are capable of sudden acts of rebellion, even for ‘moral’ reasons, as in the case of this incredible reaction by Paolino Emanuele, who, out of the blue, refused to follow the script provided by the director Enrica (the English translation of the episode ‘The Assistant’).
The poor lad, feeling terribly ashamed, then tried to make amends… by punishing himself. :-)

L'assistente
...
As you may recall, Emmanuel Quarto emerged victorious from director Blot’s audition, but he won... the role of the mole in the 1603 version of Hamlet (‘Bad Quarto’).
Now the young man turns up at the theatre for rehearsals, but Blot is accompanied by a rather unusual assistant called Yvonne.
This creates a surreal situation.
The performers are Blot, Emmanuel Quarto and Ginevra-Paolino (Yvonne).

He takes on all these burdens to support his family and himself, but his thoughts are still turned to Antonia.
The interpreters are Michele and Achernar.
