Prime Video’s The Love Hypothesis brings Ali Hazelwood’s bestselling romance novel to the screen, starring Lili Reinhart and Tom Bateman as Olive Smith and Dr. Adam Carlsen. The 2026 romantic comedy has plenty of ingredients that caught our attention at Girls Gone Hallmark: fake dating, a grumpy professor, a woman in STEM, quick banter, and a whole lot of chemistry - including one hotel scene people are definitely talking about. So, yes, we’re stepping outside the Hallmark universe for this one! Wendy and Megan are reviewing The Love Hypothesis, breaking down what worked, what didn’t, and whether this buzzy book-to-movie adaptation lives up to the hype.

We were ready to clown on this one. We did not clown on this one.

Pumpkin Regatta Romance premiered on Hallmark Channel on September 26, 2026, and it turns out a movie about people paddling hollowed-out foam pumpkins across a lake is genuinely charming. Mishael Morgan stars as Nadine, a marina owner trying to bring back her town's beloved pumpkin regatta after a decade-old feud between her father and the local pumpkin farmer shut it down. Corey Sevier plays Ethan, the pumpkin farmer's son and the one who got away.
