This week, Thatch is joined by Sharkfinnigan and R. Sigma for a new kind of PUCL discussion! What started as an experiment with a more structured debate format quickly became a larger conversation about the direction of the Pokémon franchise and what we think the future might hold.

Has Pokémon become too casual? Do we really need a new battle gimmick every generation? How have Pokémon Bank and Pokémon HOME changed our relationship with our collections?
