Episode 14 - Lance the Lothario
In Episode 14, it's the end of a very long day and the gang just wants a second of peace. They've been threatened, stonewalled, lied to, and Harry still can't find that god damned burger stand! Everyone just needs a good night's sleep. But...not before Lance is called to perform his seduction on Tina and pump her for...information. Yeah. Information. While he's figuratively fumbling with bra straps on his impromptu date with Tina, Chuck drops by the Lake House to stir Harry up with another found recording.

From the Creator:
Echoes under Ashwood is more than a horror story...it is a deeply personal piece of autofiction. The slow-burn dread, the isolation of the rural Midwestern setting, and the unresolved history of the Gen X cast are directly informed by my own childhood trauma, processed and reframed through the lens of cosmic horror. This is an exploration of what it takes to look into the dark, face old ghosts, and survive the aftermath.

About Echoes under Ashwood: This is an audio-only cosmic horror podcast set in rural southeastern Ohio. Our story is a slow-burn analog mystery rooted in psychological dread, following a Gen X cast through an investigative narrative. While the story is completely improvised, the framework is heavily inspired by investigative tabletop RPG systems like Call of Cthulhu and Delta Green.

Ashwood Archives - Old Fen Autopsy
Dr. Kessler is a no-nonsense coroner who's seen everything and surprised by nothing. Until now. Dr. Ellen Price is learning first hand how to observe weird without reacting to it while Deputy Hollis observes the handiwork.

Special Thanks to David Watson for lending his voice to Deputy Hollis.

Episode 13 - I'd Like to Buy a Clue
In Episode 13, the crew finds themselves back at the Lake House...home away from home. They have a pile of clues, evidence, and a handful of what-the-hell to sift through. Dawn and Bex discuss the finer point of mushroom intoxication while Harry funbles through his memory for wizards? Or something? Anyway, Lance is preoccupied with the busines card from Evie Ross and finds her podcast to play for everyone.

Methulhu
Do you get the feeling you're being watched? All the time? By lots of eyes?
Do you find constant psychic intrusions bothersome and distracting?
If so, then Methulhu may be right for you.......

Do I really need to say this is satire? Ok. This is satire.

Jeez. Lighten up.

Episode 12 - Along Came a Spider
In Episode 12, Lance, Oz, and Bex find themselves standing around Amy's old house, hoodlum Thug 1sweating on the ground between them. Oh, and a corpse of Thug 2 in the kitchen. How far will Oz go to get the info he's looking for? He already shot one guy...will there be another? If I were Thug 1, I'd be more afraid of Bex. Meanwhile, Dawn and Harry arrive to the library (after Harry's tour de Ashwood) sleuthing through the Antiquarian Society's artifact display upstairs and Dawn gets her witch on. What sorts of juicy clues might they find?
