- Hello! This week Chris, Mike and James are back and recharged for a brand new season of Evil Men! This week they're joined by British comedian Sooz Kempner, who chose our subject: disgraced tech executive Elizabeth Holmes. At one point, her company Theranos was valued at $9 billion because it claimed to be able to diagnose and cure all diseases with just one drop of blood. Unfortunately, it was all a hoax, and the technology to do this never existed. Oops! Enjoy!
Be sure to FOLLOW SOOZ ON INSTAGRAM. And see Sooz perform LIVE in the UK!

First off, Mike apologizes for an editing catastrophe, then James regales his co-hosts with the Greatest Story Ever Told aka he had squirrels in his roof and was possibly swindled by a pest control worker. But then Michael tells the story of Luigi Mangione, a hunky son of privilege who grew up in a wealthy family, attended an Ivy League school and had a lucrative job as a data engineer. All seemed well in Luigi's world until he injured his back in a surfing accident. At this point, he became so enraged by America's private healthcare system that he murdered a health insurance company CEO on the streets of New York City. Now that's a spicy murderball! Enjoy?

Sobre Evil Men
Evil Men is a podcast hosted by three comedians - Chris Locke, James Hartnett, and Michael Balazo. Each episode, they select a single evil man, bad person, or fictional character and discuss what made them so damn evil - all while joking their heads off. You’ll hear some super interesting nuggets of information about dubious historical or cultural figures, provided by three guys who don’t actually know what the hell they’re talking about. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
