In this audio exclusive, Erik and Stephen discuss why the Phoenix Suns should be able to stay afloat without Devin Booker and Jalen Green as both excited the Hawks game with injuries.

Jalen Green exited the game after tweaking his hamstring in the first quarter and Devin Booker exited with a sprained right ankle late in the third quarter. The Phoenix Suns end their six-game road trip with a tough, 110-103 loss to the Atlanta Hawks, but lost much more in the process.
 
Green was limited to just four minutes of action while Booker’s injury came after he had scored 31 points in 28 minutes of action. Now, the focus shifts to the prognosis of their respective injuries and how much time they’ll be out of the Suns’ lineup.
 
With the loss, the Suns fall to 27-18 on the season and wrap the road trip with a 3-3 record. They’ll return home to host the Miami Heat on Sunday, but it is unclear who will be available for them then. PHNX Suns dives into the injuries and looks forward to what lies ahead for the Suns after their lengthy trip.

The Phoenix Suns are rolling, sitting 10 games above .500 with just two weeks remaining until the 2026 trade deadline. Impressive as they have been, the Suns are in an interesting position to where they can make a move to improve their roster. But should they?
 
Phoenix’s success has been a product of a team that is a sum of all the parts, and its team chemistry is among the best in the NBA. There are outlets to add more talent to the roster, but it may require a trade that could disrupt said chemistry.

Jalen Green’s return to the Phoenix Suns lineup paid immediate dividends Tuesday night as he impressed in limited time en route to a 116-110 win over the Philadelphia 76ers. In a reserve role, Green made his presence felt on both ends of the floor, finishing with 12 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists in 20 minutes of action.
 
Green was one of six Suns to finish in double figures finish in double figures, as Devin Booker led the way with a game-high 27 points, Grayson Allen and Jordan Goodwin each scored 16 points, while Collin Gillespie and Oso Ighodaro scored 12 points apiece.
 
The defensive effort is worth acknowledgement, as All-Star starter Tyrese Maxey was held well below his scoring average while shooting just 7 of 25 from the field.
 
With the win, the Suns move to 27-17 on the season, meaning the team is now 10 games above .500 for the first time this season and 3-2 through five games of a six-game road trip against Eastern Conference opponents.
