According to reports, Phoenix Suns free agent Collin Gillespie intends to return to The Valley on a four-year, $48 million deal. Gillespie broke the franchise record for 3-pointers made in a single season this past year, and is now under contract for the foreseeable future. It's another PHNX Suns mailbag, this time taking a closer look at what the Phoenix Suns could do as the offseason intensifies. The crew fields questions from diehards and members, beginning with a look at what the franchise should prioritize this offseason and how the team's young core should factor in to where the Suns can improve in 2026-27.

It may have seemed like a formality, but the Phoenix Suns have reportedly extended a qualifying offer to Mark Williams, officially making him a restricted free agent. Phoenix Suns All-Star guard Devin Booker is reportedly set to have a different look in his 12th NBA season as he plans to switch from No. 1 to No. 15, per ESPN’s Shams Charania. Booker, who has worn No. 1 since his lone season at Kentucky, is making the switch to honor his father, Melvin, who wore No. 15 during his time at the University of Missouri.
