The Phoenix Suns enter the offseason facing several choices that will impact their short- and long-term future. Chief among them are the decisions around the impending free agency of Collin Gillespie (unrestricted), Jordan Goodwin (unrestricted) and Mark Williams (restricted).

 

More than just free agency, Phoenix must also weigh the pros and cons of adding from the outside, gauging who — or what — is too much to part ways with in order to bring more talent to the Valley. Should the moves be made in the margins or is it worth parting ways with a player like Jalen Green in an attempt to net a superstar like Giannis Antetokounmpo? Or should the focus remain on the internal development of the young talent on the roster?

As the Phoenix Suns look ahead to the future, their ceiling largely revolves around the pairing of guards Devin Booker and Jalen Green.
