傑佛瑞・曼徹斯特（Jeffrey Manchester），綽號「屋頂人」（Roofman），是一名以從建築物屋頂潛入商店行竊而聞名的美國竊盜犯。2000年代初期，他多次鎖定大型零售店作案，並最終被警方逮捕入獄。
