How Strong Is the Case Against D4vd? Reporter Inside Court Breaks Down the Evidence

    23/07/2026 | 1h 10min
Criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor Joshua Ritter is joined by Los Angeles Times reporter James Queally for an inside look at singer D4vd’s preliminary hearing. Later, Josh breaks down the latest developments in jury selection for Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial.

D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, has pleaded not guilty to charges in the killing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose remains were discovered inside a Tesla registered to him. The preliminary hearing will determine whether prosecutors have presented sufficient evidence for the case to proceed to trial.

With no cameras allowed in the courtroom, James joins Josh to discuss the testimony and evidence presented so far, what it reveals about the prosecution’s case and what is happening beyond the headlines inside court.

Then, Josh covers the latest from Lindsay Clancy’s jury selection. Clancy is accused of killing her three young children, Cora, Dawson and Callan, inside the family’s Duxbury, Massachusetts, home in January 2023. She has pleaded not guilty and is expected to argue that she was not criminally responsible because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis. Prosecutors contend her actions were planned and deliberate.

What 7,000 Autopsies Taught a Death Investigator About the Idaho 4 | After the Plea – Part 2

    20/07/2026 | 56min
Former death investigator and Body Bags podcast host Joseph Scott Morgan has participated in nearly 7,000 autopsies and spent decades examining violent death scenes. In Part 2 of Idaho 4: After the Plea, Morgan joins criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor Joshua Ritter to explain what investigators can learn from a crime scene, how evidence is preserved, what happens during an autopsy and where forensic evidence reaches its limits.

Using publicly released information in the case against Bryan Kohberger for the murders of Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin, Morgan examines the challenges investigators faced inside the King Road house, the importance of documenting everyone who entered the scene and the questions the physical evidence may never answer.
