She has supported more than 800 families in person and guided thousands more virtually through birth prep courses and coaching which led to her new book, The Baby Chick Guide to Positive Pregnancy!
In this episode we discuss her biggest tips for birth prep, what hospital birth classes often leave out, & how partners can actually be helpful during labor. We also chat C-sections and unexpected birth experiences AND what we should all be doing to better prepare for postpartum.
