A lot of threads are pulled taut to the point of breaking - the rumors, the birthday party, the Janni ghost. Things get so out of hand so quickly in this episode. It's a real shock to the characters and the players. I don't know what to tell you, really.

Phasia - Investigator for the Tome of Yrisol Records, at the festival to authenticate Mrs. Gravelchins' claims of being the oldest dwarf. In former loops, Madam Ogavia's business manager.
Orim - Janni Brightchild's master. They are the leader of a group of Gavelyne clerics called the Sirocco.
Zerep - A sphinx from Janni's past that wants to punish Janni for solving his riddle. He has released a gossip-based virus into the festival, which is currently affecting Patty.
Mrs. Relicjowls - Another retiree at the Old Battleaxe Retirement Home, along with Mrs. Gravelchins.
Madam Ogavia - A publisher of gossip rags and stolen books. A member of the Ministry of the Fleeting Zodiac. The team did burn down her house and Astra took her shadow and power with her sword.
Tad LePole (mentioned) - Andrew's NPC character from the Saphnea pervert one-shot.
