Righteousness, healing, and prosperity are gifts, not goals, and striving to earn them short-circuits grace and numbs intimacy with God. We can stop trying to perform for acceptance and instead trust that we're already fully loved, forgiven, and complete in Him.

As believers, our authority comes from our identity in Jesus Christ. We're righteous, forgiven, healed, and one with God. It's imperative that we know who we are; if not, we must renew our minds to our true identity. Operating in our identity as God's children gives us the same power and ability as Christ holds. Faith in this saves us from useless self-effort to do what's already done. Allowing God to change our thinking results in life-changing transformation in us.

This empowers us to do the same things that He did during His ministry, including healing the sick, casting out unclean spirits, and even raising the dead and walking on water. This is something the devil doesn't want us to know, which is why it's so important to visualize ourselves as we already are in Christ. Changing our thinking from how the world thinks to how God thinks positions us to receive from Him.

When we align with our Jesus identity, we stop striving and start flowing in purpose, peace, and power. Living from identity brings freedom from comparison, judgment, and performance-based religion.
