The boys are back from their month-long break and they’re feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to record! They’ve done some lovely wholesome bits: farm stays and trips to Achill Island. But they’ve also got up to their fair share of chaos, true to form!

PJ's been listening to Cher Lloyd and it's made him feel invincible, so get your swagger in check, girls! All this nostalgia has the lads reminiscing about playing run away knock as kids, and they're giving out advice to the adult victims... don't chase, it's what they want.

The theme for this week is things we wish we'd learned in school, and the boys are wondering why the girlies got to do home economics and they didn't? Although they don't envy them the panic of a night before double home ec with no ingredients in the gaff.
