The Chicago Bears’ season came to a heartbreaking end with a Divisional Round loss to the Los Angeles Rams in the NFL Playoffs. The game was tied 10–10 at halftime after first-half touchdowns from DJ Moore and Kyren Williams, and the score remained deadlocked until the fourth quarter when Williams scored his second touchdown to give the Rams a 17–10 lead. Caleb Williams and the Bears had two late chances to tie the game. The first ended in a turnover on downs at the Rams’ 2-yard line. On the final possession, facing 4th-and-4 at the Rams’ 14, Caleb scrambled under pressure and launched a desperation throw to Cole Kmet, who came down with another miraculous touchdown to force overtime. Chicago forced a three-and-out to start the extra period, but with a chance to win the game, Williams threw his third interception of the night. The Rams capitalized, driving down the field to kick the game-winning field goal and eliminate the Bears from the playoffs.
