- In this webinar, Nirvani Umadat opens with the topic “Moving Beyond Bacteria and Brushing for Whole Body Dentistry.” She explains that the session will examine the common dental story that bacteria and sugar cause cavities, look at why brushing and flossing have become the central focus of dental care, and offer a different way to understand teeth, the mouth, and their relationship to the rest of the body.
Highlights from this session include:
-Nirvani shares her background in conventional dental training, surgery, and later experiences that led her to question the bacteria-centered model of dental disease.
-She discusses research and clinical observations that challenged the idea that “bad bacteria” or “too many bad bacteria” consistently explain dental disease.
-She explains how the modern recommendation to brush twice daily was shaped, in part, by early toothpaste marketing around biofilm removal, rather than being purely grounded in dental science.
-A discussion of Weston Price’s work, including his observations that diet, food quality, traditional food preparation, grass-fed animal foods, fermented foods, and unprocessed foods played a major role in dental and overall health.
-Nirvani reframes teeth as electrically conductive crystalline organs, explaining that teeth contain a crystalline hydroxyapatite structure and generate current through pressure and chewing.
-She explains cavities as a breakdown or deconstruction of the tooth’s crystalline matrix, rather than simply “holes” caused by bacteria.
-A discussion of the traditional Chinese medicine meridian model and how teeth may relate to other organs through energetic pathways.
-An introduction to psychoneuroodontology (PNO), which looks at the psychological, emotional, and spiritual components connected to dental issues.
-Practical dental wellness suggestions, including nourishing traditional foods, nervous system regulation, proper chewing and dynamic function, saliva quality, remineralization, oil pulling, releasing jaw and facial tension, and holding an intention to heal.
Questions discussed in this webinar include:
-What kind of dental work is actually beneficial?
-What's the best way to regenerate a missing tooth?
-I never got my wisdom teeth removed. Is this good or bad? I have not experienced much trouble except for the cavities they filled with mercury.
-Since brushing gets rid of bacteria which are beneficial, is it a harmful practice?
-What's the best way to heal a cracked tooth?
-Do metal and ceramic caps also have a current?
-What about implants?
-Does calculus need to be removed, or is it perhaps serving an intelligent purpose?
-Can you heal a tooth under a crown?
-If we're bombarded by toxins- and bacteria are there to help clean up the toxins, isn't it more important to keep the bacteria?
Throughout the webinar, Nirvani emphasizes that the mouth is connected to the whole body, that teeth may be understood beyond the bacteria-and-brushing model, and that dental health can be approached through diet, charge, nervous system regulation, awareness, and supportive daily practices.

YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzxdc2o0Q_XZIPwo07XCrNg - In this August 5th, 2026, livestream, Pam Shervanick opens as guest host while Tom takes time off to enjoy the summer. She is a Primary Wellness Specialist and PSYCH-K practitioner at the New Biology Clinic and shares that the session will focus on working with the subconscious, the power that lies in this, and how to become the person you’ve always wanted to be.
Highlights from this session include:
-Pam shares her background as a retired psychiatrist and explains how her long-standing interest in the brain, mind, and subconscious led her to explore deeper approaches to healing and thriving.
-She discusses Bruce Lipton’s "The Biology of Belief" and how his work opened up the possibility that many commonly accepted beliefs in medicine may not be true—and that our beliefs can play an active role in shaping our bodies, lives, and experiences.
-Pam explains symptoms as messages from the body, reflecting what is happening at the subconscious level. She emphasizes that symptoms are not something to erase or gloss over, but something to listen to and address.
-She shares wisdom from Gandhi and hermetic philosophy, including the idea that beliefs become thoughts, words, actions, habits, values, and destiny—and that “as within, so without.”
-She describes the subconscious as programming created early in life, from about 6 months in utero through age 6, with later trauma sometimes adding to that programming.
-Pam encourages viewers to observe their thoughts, words, beliefs, and language, explaining how expansive language can create a different experience than contractive or victim-based language.
-She explores the importance of gut feelings, the difference between old programming and true intuitive guidance, and the possibility of reprogramming the subconscious to trust oneself.
-She introduces PSYCH-K as a tool for shifting subconscious beliefs, describing it as a process that bridges the supraconscious mind and subconscious mind using muscle testing and whole-brain states.
-Video Reference "Planet Mind Control" by Jason Christoff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWhoUwQXvTg
-She closes by encouraging viewers to stop taking every thought seriously, reprogram their own subconscious, and serve the greater good by changing their own thinking.
Pam closes the session by reminding viewers that they are more powerful than they know, that thoughts and words matter, and that changing one’s own inner programming can shift both individual experience and the larger collective field.

YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzxdc2o0Q_XZIPwo07XCrNg - In this July 29th livestream, Stacy Claxton steps in as guest host while Tom takes time off over the summer. She introduces herself as a somatic integration practitioner and transformational coach with New Biology Clinic, and invites viewers into an experiential session using EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, as a self-healing tool.
Stacy frames the session around Tom’s “SIT” concept from the previous week — the “syndrome of insufficient thinking” — and leads the audience through a playful, body-based practice for noticing where SIT may be showing up in the body, relationships, emotions, symptoms, or the wider world.
Highlights from this session include:
-Stacy introduces EFT as “Emotional Freedom Techniques” and explains how emotions can be understood as signals in the body rather than something to suppress.
-She reframes “freedom” as the capacity to be with all of life — emotions, memories, symptoms, relationships, and challenges — rather than simply trying to get free from discomfort.
-She explains tapping as a simple, versatile tool that uses the fingertips, breath, voice, and body awareness to help create more flow, regulation, and self-connection.
-Stacy walks viewers through the EFT tapping points, including the top of the head, inside of the eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin crease, collarbone point, under the arm, and side of the hand.
-She encourages viewers to use EFT for physical symptoms, emotional distress, mental loops, fear, overwhelm, relationship challenges, spiritual growth, children, and pets.
-She then guides the audience through a deeper tapping journey focused on identifying a specific issue, symptom, relationship pattern, or “case of SIT” and using the body’s own signals as a doorway to greater truth, freedom, and possibility.
Stacy closes the session by reminding viewers that their body carries wisdom, that they have powerful tools “at their fingertips,” and that New Biology Clinic and the Cowan community offer space for people to explore health, emotion, freedom, truth, and transformation together.

YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzxdc2o0Q_XZIPwo07XCrNg - In this July 22nd webinar, Tom opens with an “urgent public service announcement” about what he calls “SIT,” or the “syndrome of insufficient thinking,” to comment on public health messaging and critical thinking.
Tom then discusses Cryptosporidium and gives a brief update on what it is and whether people need to be worried. Tom also announces that for the next four weeks, Wednesday webinars will be led by the specialists from the New Biology Clinic so viewers can hear from different members of the clinic team.
Highlights from this session include:
-Tom reviews the conventional description of cryptosporidiosis as a diarrheal disease said to be caused by the microscopic parasite Cryptosporidium.
-He examines the CDC-style explanation that Cryptosporidium spreads through contaminated water, infected stool, and contaminated foods such as fruits and vegetables.
-He questions whether Cryptosporidium is truly a free-living organism or whether it may be a microscopic artifact related to tissue breakdown and staining techniques.
-He compares the Cryptosporidium story to his previous discussion of the malaria parasite, where he argues that some so-called protozoan parasites may actually be artifacts of damaged tissue rather than independent disease-causing organisms.
-He reviews papers on Cryptosporidium and highlights what he sees as weaknesses in the claim that the organism has been proven to cause disease.
-He discusses the conventional shift from a simple germ-theory model toward a more complicated “host-pathogen interaction” model, arguing that this is a rescue device for the original germ theory.
-He raises the possibility that environmental exposures, including wildfire smoke components, drugs, antibiotics, and other toxins, may better explain gastrointestinal symptoms than a single parasite.
Tom closes by saying he hopes the discussion gives viewers an overview of Cryptosporidium and helps them avoid fear around “cryptosporidium explosive diarrhea.”

YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzxdc2o0Q_XZIPwo07XCrNg - In this June 17th webinar, Tom opens by announcing that Cowan’s Community Corner is now live. He shares that this space is where events are announced, where ongoing conversations can continue, and where members can participate in a monthly live Q&A with him.
He then gives a recap of the first New Biology Experience Conference at Polyface Farm, describing it as a “wildly, almost amazingly successful” gathering. Tom thanks the organizing team, Polyface Farm staff, apprentices, interns, New Biology Clinic practitioners, and everyone who attended for helping create a joyful and memorable event.
Highlights from the New Biology Experience include:
-Tom’s opening welcome on the importance of freedom and truth in developing community.
-Joel Salatin’s welcome and history of Polyface Farm, including the story of regenerating the land through rotational grazing.
-The historic return of cows to a pasture that had not been grazed in over 100 years.
-Tom’s talk, “The Day the Science Died.”
-Sessions with New Biology Clinic wellness specialists, including movement, EFT, biofield tuning, cooking, food classes, and practitioner-led talks.
-Chris Brown’s talk on vitality and the difference between healing and fixing.
-Shared meals featuring food raised at Polyface Farm.
-Live music from the Red Pill Friends, including their song “The Day the Science Died.”
He then reflects on several themes and questions that came up during the event.
Some questions discussed include:
-What about this whole DNA story?
-How can I do better, have a better life, feel happier, more joy?
-What is this pain trying to tell me?
-"I don’t know anything about what’s true. I don’t know what’s true anymore"
-and much more
Throughout the webinar, Tom emphasizes that healing begins with asking the right question. Rather than focusing on fixing isolated diagnoses, test results, or symptoms, he encourages listeners to ask what would help them live a better, healthier, more joyful life. He also reflects on the importance of direct experience, sensory observation, clear thinking, experimentation, and shared community as reliable ways of knowing.
Tom closes by sharing that he will be taking the summer off from regular Wednesday webinars to recharge, garden, care for the animals, and think through new ideas. He will continue monthly Cowan’s Community Corner Q&As and weekly New Biology Clinic Q&As, and plans to return to the Wednesday webinars around mid-August.
