Carrie Murphy and I went to the middle of nowhere and received some powerful teachings and meditated together for a thousand years. We came back a little different, and this podcast episode was recorded in the beautiful aftermath. We’re out on the edge together, and, as usual, we have some stuff to say. We talk about the experience of coming into the present moment, what it’s like being consciousness in form, and I lay out the framework of the Three Teachings and how they relate temporally. Meaning, how the three Body teachings are about the past, how the Honeycomb Matrix is about the present, and how the Golden Frequency teaching is about the future. What happens when we free ourselves from the past, arrive into the spacious present moment, and plant seeds for a new future? We have opinions.
