In this episode, I talk about the part people don’t always think about, the emotional and energetic weight that gets placed on spiritual readers. Whether they are priests, espiritistas, tarot readers, or anyone holding space for others, there is an exchange happening.

And when we leave, they are often the ones who have to carry what we brought into that space.

This is a conversation about awareness, respect, and being more mindful of how we show up, not just for ourselves, but for the people who are helping us along the way.

We've been going over the Boveda.  There are two basic camps.  Camp #1.  I love my boveda, I am so super duper connected to it... it's my spiritual haven.   AND #2.... Boveda what?  I don't feel anything.  Is this really necessary.  

We've been going through the boveda in smaller doses... coming from a person who really has been on camp 2... and working towards the full camp 1.  We are all learning together, and I am finding that this is better when we support each other in our spiritual journeys.

The Boveda has been a topic of discussion, mandates, arguments, disagreements and more.  Much more, the issue is that many of us are not that developed to truly begin to understand its importance.  I do not nor will ever claim to know everything about the boveda, but I do know this... it is very important....  In this epidosde, we begin to learn about the boveda, and approach it from a story-telling form to learn its beginnings with me.   Here is the how I began my second boveda, and we begin to go into an important aspect of the boveda.
