C’est le premier cas d’Ebola au Nigeria depuis plus de dix ans.
Selon le ministère suisse des Affaires étrangères, la femme n’est pas allée en République démocratique du Congo.
Les autorités pensent qu’elle a peut-être attrapé le virus pendant un voyage avec son mari en Ouganda.
Le ministre nigérian de la Santé dit que le cas reste limité et que les équipes cherchent les personnes qui ont été en contact avec la femme.

Avec Keytruda, le vaccin a réduit de 42 % le risque de retour du mélanome ou de décès chez certains patients.
Après deux ans, environ 82 % des patients qui ont reçu les deux traitements étaient en vie sans retour du mélanome.
