Mina the Hollower is a 10/10 masterpiece on IGN, and this week, some of the folks behind Yacht Club’s latest triumph are here to talk all about making Mina over the last six years. Logan Plant and Brian Altano are joined by designer Sean Velasco and programmer David D’Angelo, and they dive into Mina’s intricate world design, fast-paced  combat, clever puzzle-solving, and a whole lot more. You’ll learn about Yacht Club’s huge attention to detail in NPC interactions, item placement, movement, and everything else that went into making Mina the Hollower one of our favorite games in a very long time. Plus, David and Sean share their biggest Nintendo inspirations, from heavy hitters like  Zelda: A Link to the Past, to deeper cuts like Mole Mania.

In a VERY surprising Nintendo Direct, Star Fox 64 is getting the remake treatment with a brand new Switch 2 game simply dubbed, Star Fox. This remake is a complete overhaul of the original with brand new graphics and cutscenes as well as mouse controls, an expanded campaign mode, challenge mode, and a very strange but VERY nintendo AR mode where you can turn your face into one of the games pilots for online play across GameChat. Nick and Brian give all their thoughts and reactions to one of Nintendos most suprising and abrupt announcements in years.
