The hospital is quickly over flowing with living and dead patients whichis producing a TWD version of HBO’s the Pitt with Dr. Luis doing a bang-up job version of Dr. Robbie. Negan wants answers and takes the two community leaders aside for a horrifying game of Pinata with a blindfolded Dillard swinging Lucille 2.0.
