In August 2018, 21-year-old Matthew Weaver Jr. drove into California’s Santa Monica Mountains and seemingly vanished. Hours after sending unsettling messages to a friend, Matthew stopped responding. Later that night, witnesses reported hearing screams for help, and his silver BMW was discovered abandoned near Rosas Overlook.
Years later, Matthew remains missing. Strange phone activity, evidence found months afterward, questions surrounding the initial search, and other troubling events in the same mountains have left his family searching for answers.
What happened to Matthew Weaver Jr.?

On August 5, 2020, Benita Woody left her home in McKinney, Texas and was never seen again. Her vehicle was later found abandoned in Oklahoma, but Benita is still missing.

Latrice was last seen or heard from on July 28, 2012 in Memphis, Tennessee.
On July 31, her car was found abandoned-and burned- but there was no sign of Latrice.
