    18/2/2026 | 38min
Today, Robert Jenrick used his first speech as Reform’s pick for chancellor to try to convince businesses and economists that he would be sensible with their money.
He said it would reintroduce the two-child benefit cap in full, in a shift away from scrapping the limit.
He also said the party plans to keep UK's budget watchdog The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR).
