Last week Sam Long undertook an intensive 5 day swim training camp ran by the best swimmer in triathlon Greg Harper. On today’s podcast both Sam & Greg join us to tell us every single detail of what happened on that camp. All I asked of them before we did the podcast was “can you try and make all of us listening feel like we were there at the camp?” and I think that’s exactly what Sam & Greg achieved in this podcast.
