Michael Brennan wins the Baycurrent in Japan while PGA Tour cards for 2027 are handed out at the KFT Tour Championship. We also cover the latest LIV news as reports have emerged that several players, including Jon Rahm, are looking to bail for the DP World Tour. We also get into Jim Furyk’s comments from a Ryder Cup media day and react to news from Keegan’s interaction with a rules official at last year’s Ryder Cup, LPGA schedule news, the East Potomac renovation and we debate some potential Hall of Fame resumes. Tourist Sauce returns next week with the tenth installment of our travel series as we go back to Scotland and explore the Islands and Highlands at courses like Dunaverty, Macrihanish, Brora, Shiskine, Royal Dornoch and more.

One of our inspirations for this season is a book by our friend Jim Hartsell - A Round of Scottish Courses. Tragically, Jim’s son Jake passed away last week and Jim has set up a GoFundMe in Jake’s memory to support junior golf at Shiskine and Dunaverty - two courses that are special to the Hartsell family that will be featured in the upcoming season.
