On Breaking Your Emotional Eating Behaviors
Emotional addictions (to both people and food) are something I have personally experienced in numerous ways over the years, often presenting at moments in life where fears are touched upon in a big way. In my work as a nutritionist, a lot of focus was placed on understanding our relationship to food and its connection to all other aspects of our lives. In this episode I share on a current personal experience around this topic and offer some insight into how it is these habits can form, along with strategies we can use to manage them.
