Atmabodha is an introductory text on the ancient Indian tradition of Advaita Vedanta (non duality). The course explores the text and teaches you tools that will take you to the final goal of Self-Realization. The goal of Advaita Vedanta is complete liberation(freedom) from the mind. We will be taking a journey together to explore the depths of our own minds. In this course, you will learn several techniques to examine your mind. By looking at your thoughts without judgement you will have a strong understanding of what the mind really is. Once you understand your mind’s psychological process, you will then be able to transcend it completely. As we have all learnt in these past few months(due to the coronavirus), we cannot control our external environment. But we can 100% control how we feel within ourselves.
