It's easy to forget at times the college sports world before NIL. One former student-athlete could never because it's a part of their journey. Serenity Douglas was a two-time Big 12 Champion and an All-American on the track. However, it's what she did off the track that led her into her career today. She discusses how she was able to maximize her experience at UT Austin, which lead to her being a reporter, analyst, podcaster and influencer today.

Will got his start creating content while he was injured in college. Those early days of creative freedom coupled with sharing his work on social led him to new roles across the country.

Jon Hoeg built his career in the event and entertainment industry, capturing some of the biggest names in music over the last 15 years. 

During the pandemic, he pivoted to a more family friendly role as the Director of Marketing Communications at OWC. Although his role is focused on helping teams get the right equipment from his time and experience in the field, he still finds ways to scratch his creative itch in the process.
