Major Updates For Venom 2 + A HeroBlend Announcement
Andy Serkis is officially on as Venom 2's director, Tom Hardy is apparently helping to write the script, and Michelle Williams confirms her return. It's been a big week for Venom 2, but we also have some box office numbers regarding Hobbs & Shaw, as well as, if you can believe it, Dark Phoenix. This week, Eric, Adrienne and Gabe also dive into Swamp Thing to look at what was and perhaps could have been with its truncated first and final season. But a more exciting and postive TV project, The Boys, is also up for discussion as they review Amazon's first season in full.

We are less than a week away from San Diego Comic-Con, and that means it's time to look ahead to what might be in store for all us fans. We get into Marvel's plans, and their supposed announcement of their next slate of films, as well as what else we're most excited to see and experience while at the event. There are major players missing from this year's convention including DC, and Sony. We dive into some of the reasoning behind their absence, what that means for the show in the long term, and how those studios still might manage to make waves without being at the actual show.
