Bharat pleads with Ram to return to Ayodhya, but Ram doesn't agree. Finally, Bharat takes Ram's sandals back to Ayodhya, places them on the throne, and decides to rule the kingdom on behalf of Ram.

Bharat refuses to be the King of Ayodhya and vows to bring back Ram.
After making the arrangements, he embarks on his journey to find Ram. On the way, he meets the Nishad King Guha, who helps him cross the river. Rishi Bharadwaj welcomes him to his hermitage and treats his army to a grand feast.
