  • What Your Cravings Actually Mean
We live in a culture that’s so obsessed with food and body image that most of us have learned to ignore our own hunger cues. We’ve been taught that control is strength, that shrinking is success, that discipline somehow equals worthiness. And for so many of us, especially as women, that conditioning runs really deep. There’s this constant pressure, both internal and external, to bounce back after pregnancy, to get it right, to do better. And underneath all of it is a quiet exhaustion that comes from trying to fight our bodies instead of learning to understand them.I know you’ve found yourself caught in that tug-of-war, thinking you “should be stronger.” I have too. It’s a constant teeter totter between convincing myself that I don’t care because I honor my sacred body so deeply, and then suddenly questioning, what am I even talking about, if I love my body this much, shouldn’t I want to feel good in it?I recently read that 75% of women will experience some form of eating disorder or body image struggle at some point in their lives. Seventy five percent. That means almost every woman you know has spent time believing she’s broken, when really, her body has just been trying to communicate. This isn’t an episode about body image, it’s about how we actually feel inside.I’ve gone through seasons where I didn’t trust my own hunger, where I tried to outsmart my cravings, where I told myself that if I just had more willpower, I’d finally feel good in my skin. But that never brought peace. What I’ve learned is that participating in this never ending pendulum of pressure only pulls us further away from what our bodies have been trying to tell us all along. Thanks for listening! • Don’t Lose Yourself Trying to Get “There”
When my son was unwell, I lost myself.I stopped sleeping.I stopped moving my body.I stopped even knowing how to find joy.In the rare moments when he finally fell asleep, I sure as heck didn't sleep. I researched. Because I could feel him slipping further away from me and I was desperate to heal him.Somewhere along the way, I stopped breathing.I stopped knowing how to connect with my daughter, with Ty, with my own body.I was holding my breath just trying to keep us all afloat. And I know so many of you are in this place right now... trying to heal your own body, or your child’s body, and it is all-consuming. It becomes the only thing you can see. You pour every ounce of yourself into the symptoms, into the protocols, into the fear. And somewhere along the way, you stop living.I want to share something with you that I didn’t understand back then...His healing journey wasn’t separate from mine.It never was.And if I could go back… I would do it differently. Not because I regret anything. But because I know now that I didn’t have to lose myself in order to heal him.In fact, I could have healed him faster (with more steadiness, more clarity, more grounded energy) if I hadn’t abandoned myself in the process. That’s what this week’s episode is about.I’m walking you through the raw, honest story of how we ended up living in a motorhome with no internet, how we nearly broke and then found each other again, how healing forced us to leave behind everything we thought we were supposed to be… so we could finally come home to ourselves. And I’m sharing what I wish someone had told me back then. That nothing in life is about the end result. Not the wedding day, not the symptom checklist, not the healed body. It’s about how we live while we’re in it.Who we are becoming. And how we shift our focus back to what actually matters.Because healing isn’t the finish line. And if you hold your breath the whole way there just waiting for the perfect moment to finally feel peace, or presence, or joy? You will miss what it was all for. This might be the most powerful episode I’ve ever recorded. And I really believe it’s going to meet you right where you are. Thanks for listening! • When Everything Feels Like It’s Falling Apart
I can’t quite express how happy I am to finally be back here with you!Everything behind the scenes feels a bit messy right now and honestly, that feels like the most honest way to begin. Because this? This is exactly what season five of The Follow Your Gut Podcast is all about.Real life. The raw, human, messy middle of being a woman and a mother in constant evolution. What’s unfolding behind the scenes has reminded me that we are never really in control of the timeline.Do you know those times when you’ve done everything “right”? Trusted every expert, followed every bit of advice… and somehow, things still feel messy?Maybe it’s your child’s healing journey. Maybe it’s your business, your body, or your life. You’re doing all the things and yet nothing is unfolding the way you planned. You start to wonder if you missed something. If God or the universe has somehow forgotten about you. You’ve poured your heart, your time, your hope into the process, and all you want is for things to finally get better.I know that place. When my son was finally healed, after years of sleepless nights, endless searching, and relentless fear - I made a promise to myself. I promised that I would never again let the fight to “figure it out” steal my presence from the moments right in front of me.Because I lost two and a half years of my son’s life to that fight. Two and a half years of my daughter’s, too.And I can never get them back. That grief has become my greatest teacher. It has shown me that control is an illusion - that we can do everything “right” and still be called to surrender. It taught me that our nervous systems don’t find safety in knowing what’s next, they find it in trusting that whatever comes, it’s exactly as it’s meant to be.So as we step into this new season together, my invitation to you is this: stop waiting to arrive. Stop waiting for the perfect moment when the house is calm, the symptoms are gone, or everything finally feels stable.Because this is the moment.Even if your baby is covered in an itchy rash.Even if your toddler is screaming through another meltdown.Even if your business is in a full-on rebuild and nothing looks the way you imagined. This is what this week’s episode is about: The Week Everything Fell Apart: Trusting the Timeline You Can’t Control. It’s a story about letting go when everything in you wants to fix, about finding alignment when nothing feels stable, and about realizing that sometimes, the mess is the path… the one that leads you exactly where you’re meant to be.Welcome to season five! Thanks for listening! • Everything You’ve Always Wanted to Know About Silver
If you’ve been here for a while, you know the ōNLē Methodology is not about quick fixes or trendy shortcuts. It’s about bringing the body back into balance so that you can truly heal from the inside out. And while there are many pieces to that, today we’re focusing on just one of them - silver. This episode is a little different. You’re about to hear a live recording from a session I recently hosted with our silver manufacturing partner, Doug. We had several guests joining us live and over a thousand questions submitted ahead of time. We condensed those questions down to the most common and important ones so that in this one conversation, you get answers to just about everything you’ve ever wondered about silver.Silver, for me, was one of the most intimidating parts of our healing journey. When our naturopath first sent me home with a couple of bottles, I had so many fears and questions. That’s exactly why I wanted to have this conversation with Doug. This is an honest, transparent look at what silver actually is, how it works in the body, and what makes the silver we use in ōNLē products so different from anything else on the market. My hope is that this episode addresses your fears, answers your biggest questions, and gives you the confidence to use this tool as part of your own healing journey. Because that’s what the ōNLē Methodology is about: education first, so you can lead your own healing with confidence. Thanks for listening! • Stop Half-Healing: Are You Actually Ready to Heal?
Real healing asks something of you. It’s not a product you take. It’s a path you walk. And the first step is choosing to actually begin. We have to talk about something that might sting a little.Because I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard, “I’ve tried everything.” And I get it. I’ve said that, too. But if we’re being radically honest? Trying everything is often just trying a lot of things halfway. Jumping from one quick fix to another, hoping something sticks. Hoping something works without having to fully commit. That’s not healing. That’s surviving. That’s symptom management. And if you’re here for that, I’ll tell you now - this isn’t the podcast for you.But if you’re here because you are done living in cycles of survival... If you’re here because you’re ready to break generational patterns, to claim a new way of being - for yourself, for your children - then this is the place for you. Thanks for listening!
