That's why Christopher Carter thinks the Steelers should trade up for one of the top receivers like Ohio State's Carnell Tate, USC's Makai Lemon or Arizona State's Jordyn Tyson. Recent picks like George Pickens, Diontae Johnson and Roman Wilson have had obvious issues that kept them from being the leaders the Steelers needed them to be.
