In this first episode of 2025, I’m kicking off the year with a message of gratitude. As I sip my coffee instead of wine, I reflect on the importance of appreciating what I have and setting a powerful, positive tone for the year ahead. I share how I'm choosing to cut back on wine to save more money and live more intentionally. It’s all about making conscious choices, focusing on personal growth, and embracing the opportunities this new year brings.

me and Elvis Presley
In this episode, I started reading the new book by Lisa Marie Presley and Riley Keough and I could actually relate to her feeling of not thinking she had something of value to share. I take you on a personal journey through Graceland, the iconic home of Elvis Presley, where I share my experience of visiting the mansion and reflecting on the King of Rock 'n' Roll's lasting influence. Alongside this, I share a deeply personal story: how I got my own name, which was inspired by an incredibly tragic event. If I had been a boy, I would’ve been named Elvis Presley, but since I was a girl, my dad chose a name from a heartbreaking case involving a kidnapped child and a story of unspeakable loss.
