Somewhere in the Skies

In this episode of Somewhere in the Skies, Ryan is joined by active UK police officer Inspector Roy Teague, author of Close Encounters of the Police Kind. Drawing on nearly 27 years in policing, Teague has interviewed more than 300 current and former officers about their encounters with UFOs and other unexplained phenomena. His new book collects 75 of the most compelling cases, many told publicly for the first time.

Teague takes us inside extraordinary reports involving police helicopters encountering mysterious craft over London, officers pursuing, and being pursued by UFOs, massive black triangles, missing time, alleged abductions, and even a possible implant discovered behind an officer’s eye. He also discusses the stigma officers still face when reporting UFOs, the lack of formal UAP reporting protocols within UK policing, patterns he has uncovered across decades of testimony, and why he believes these witnesses deserve to be heard. We explore Teague’s approach to investigating these accounts, what police training can bring to UFO testimony, and how compiling hundreds of reports has transformed his own view of the phenomenon.

Richard Dolan returns for a deep dive into the hidden history of USOs and some of the most extraordinary cases from his latest research.
