    I think the hardest part about trying to conceive (and especially when you’ve been on this journey for a while) is that it completely takes over every aspect of your life.

    You slowly realise that trying to have a baby controls everything...from what you eat, to how you spend your money, to all the plans you have for your future.

    I felt like I lost myself a thousand times over on my fertility journey.

    Some days I didn’t even recognise myself anymore.

    So how do you get through this chapter of your life without going completely insane?

    Today I want to share with you exactly what I would do if I wanted to stay sane & support my mental health while trying to conceive.

    If I was trying to conceive in 2026…

    Not ten years ago, but right now, with everything we know about fertility, the nervous system, hormonal health, and the emotional toll that trying to conceive can take…
