12 | Growing through Motherhood | Jessica Cartwright
In episode 12, I sat down with my dear friend, Jessica Cartwright, (in June
2024) to discuss her personal journey into motherhood. She shares how
becoming pregnant with her daughter really changed the trajectory of her
life. Jess opens up about the challenges she faced during pregnancy and in
early motherhood, and she shares how these struggles became the catalyst
for getting in touch with a deeper purpose in her life. Throughout our
conversation, Jess discusses the importance of getting clear on our
personal values, living with integrity, and being able to pivot in life
when we are no longer in alignment. Jess shares about the ways she’s
supported herself in her 8 years of motherhood through daily walks, yoga,
qigong, herbalism, journeying with mushrooms, and more. I loved sitting
down to chat with her about all of this, and I hope you enjoy it too!

10 | Cultivating Self Love | Briana Armenia
In Episode 10, my dear friend Briana shares her personal journey of
struggling with self criticism, feeling shame around her body, dealing with
disordered eating, and navigating painful menstrual cycles. Together we
explore how, over time, Briana has shifted out of self criticism and into a
new found place of having immense love and gratitude for herself and her
body. We discuss how inviting play back into our lives has been a big part
of our healing journeys, and how fun it has been to reclaim the inner child
that lives within us! In the second half of the episode, we explore the
role our menstrual cycle plays in our lives as women, and how important it
is to bring in more awareness around the impact our cycle has on our lives.
I absolutely adored this conversation, and I hope you do too!

8 | An Invitation to Stay Open-minded
In Episode 8, I open the episode up sharing about how I’m currently in the
process of reclaiming my goofy and playful inner child. I then go into how
and why spirituality has been such a big part of my life lately, and why it
is coming in so strong in these early episodes I’m releasing. I explore how
both open-mindedness and curiosity have played a very big and important
role in the growth I have experienced over the last few years. I then
invite my listeners to practice staying open-minded themselves, and I share
my dream of being a bridge between many different worlds - with my main
goal of assisting humanity along in remembering who we are at our core, and
continuing to call in more love and compassion.
