Our second conversation is with Steven Worrall. Steven is someone who ran with a tough motorcycle crowd but had his life turn around after starting a relationship with God. From being a ship builder to working on bagpipes, now retired Steven uses his abilities to help us at The Point Church behind the scenes weekly in so many ways. He has a great heart for helping people and has a bigger desire to help people experience the freedom he has found in Jesus.

The one in a million experience no one wants | Dean Bjurstrom
Our first conversation is with Dean Bjurstrom. As someone who saw himself as a bit of a "tough guy," he didn't realize how helpless and broken he would become after hearing the news of his 11-month-old daughter having acute lymphoblastic leukemia. While spending ten months in a hospital room, Dean found the need for God in his life, and everything has changed since then.
Each one of us are taking steps, learning, and growing. It can be hard to know who is at church or get to know other peoples stories and this is why we are starting The You Belong Podcast. We will be interviewing a new person every month and hearing more about their story. No matter where you are at in life, we want you to know that You Belong because every person has a story and every story matters to God.
