    This weekend's guest, Susan Hobson competed at 3 Olympic Games, 5 world Cross country championships, 2 Commonwealth Games, 1 track and field world championships and a World Half Marathon Championship. She also won National titles in the 10,000m (3), Marathon (2) and Cross Country.     Jack Rayner set a new National Record in the Half Marathon of 59:51 at Barcelona, placing 6th behind winner Hagos Gebrehewit.

    Linden Hall ran 14:56.04 for the win and fastest 5000m by an Australian in Australia at the Box Hill Burn, over Nozomi Tanaka of Japan Maudie Skyring. Brett Robinson bode his time over the front running of Seth O’Donnell to take the win in 13:28.39 with Callum Davies in third.
    Will Lewis won the 1500m in 3:41.67, while Ally Brooks won in 4:23.51.

    Jess Hull clocked the #2 All-time Indoor 2000m in 5:26.68 in Lievin, France while Keely Hodgkinson ran a new 800m Indoor World Record of 1:54.87. Georgia Hunter Bell won the 1500m in 4:00.21, while outdoor World Champion Isaac Nader won in 3:32.44 while Adam Spencer won the B race in 3:35.23. Lauren Ryan placed seventh in the 3000m running 8:37.46.

    Tara Palm ran a personal best of 2:31:58 in the Osaka Marathon for 8th place, Caitlin Adams had to settle for 2:45:11. Other Australians making the top 20 included Sophie Chudley 2:41:54, Olivia Taylor 2:42:50 and Ingrid Cleland 2:45:53.

    Habert Kibet of Uganda won the Castellon 10k in 26:39 ahead of Yann Schrub of France and Andreas Aalmgren of Sweden. Caroline Gitona of Kenya won in 29:34 ahead of Nelvin Jepkemboi and Chaltu Dida of Ethiopia.

    Peter Bol opened his season at the Perth Track Classic with a victory in the 800m with1:43.89 , ahead of Bob Abdelrahim who also ran a Comm Games qualifier with Tiarnan Crorken of Great Britain third. Abbey Caldwell won the 1500m in a personal best time of 4:02.82 over Nozomi Tanaka and Jaylah Hancock-Cameron.

    Cole Hocker won the Mile in 3:45.94 at the ASICS Sound Invite  ahead of training partner Cooper Teare, with Jack Anstey 6th in 3:52.09 and Sam Ruthe 7th in 3:52.46. Lauren Ryan came 4th in the mile in 4:26.17, won by Emily Mackay in 4:22.43
