...as if I'm jumping out of a plane! :-D - ADHD IS NO JOKE. It's a serious neurodevelopmental condition... so serious in fact, that we need some comic relief! My husband Big and I hope you enjoy this EXTRA RIDICULOUS episode.
The infamous and often imitated question I've been asking all guests for four years - turns tragedy into comedy; laughing at the things that would usually make us cry. Eradicating shame, whilst uniting the ADHD adult community and raising crucial ADHD awareness. We are all in this together!
Trigger Warning: contains swearing, gallows humour(!) sexual references, LOUD laughter and mentions of grief and bereavement, alchohol, accidental injury, menty b's, the odd squeal, general too-muchness.
If you are struggling, lo siento. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Please reach out for help HERE
ENORMOUS THANKS to you all for submitting your entries and to Big; the real hero of all things ADHDAF! The Leopard Print Army Salute you!

Laura xxx- 'They squabble whilst we suffer' - Mr Simple Politics himself: Tatton Spiller returns for another emergency chinwag ahead of the deadline to Register to Vote in the UK Local Elections; fast approaching on Monday 20 April 2026... BUT WHAT'S THE POINT?!!
Politician's broken promises and 'squabbling' and all of the polarising noise can make voting feel pointless. If you feel disempowered, overwhelmed or just plain over it YOU ARE NOT ALONE and this episode is for you!
If you 'don't do politics' or you know anyone who says they're 'not political' - this episode is for you/them.
Because as we stated in our previous episode back in '24 - and to quote the wise words of Skunk Anansie's, Skin: EVERYTHING'S POLITICAL!
Your voice matters... and as the legendary Tatton simply says: 'people who vote get stuff.'
USEFUL LINKS for the Local Elections:
- Register to Vote in Scotland, England and Wales by 20th April (11:59pm) HERE
