Being spiritual doesn't mean we have to be ZEN all the time. (Thank God!) You don't have to be a doormat - or an emotionless robot - to be a deeply spiritual, evolved, awakened human. At the end of the day, spirituality can look a LOT of different ways, and you have to find your own unique expression of spirituality that feels aligned and true to YOU.
