During the past 12 months, we have faced many situation when we had to organize virtual meetings, virtual training or virtual supervision sessions due to lockdown and Government guidance or self isolation periods. We have managed to implement processes that allowed us to continue to carry on with the day to day office work without interruption. Adaptability and creativity were our best friends :)
