Dr. Kate Shoveller is Professor and Champion Petfoods Chair in Canine and Feline Nutrition at the University of Guelph, and also one of our co-hosts on The Pet Food Science Podcast Show. Her research focuses on protein, amino acid, and energy metabolism in companion animals.
