Sangeetha is the founder and director of PlayNice Company in Chennai, India. With her company Sangeetha provides opportunities for change and growth through mental and physical fitness. Sangeetha is an amazing ultimate frisbee player and coach, and has competed at the World Championships of Beach Ultimate several times. Ultimate frisbee is a mixed gender, self-officiated sport, two things which Sangeetha believes make it a valuable tool for empowerment in Indian society.
